I drink water with lemon/lime all day. About 80 oz. Per day. Every morning I make a #greensmoothie 16 oz. With Fresh Organic Greens and fresh fruit. My first meal is always #complexcarbohydrates My second Meal is always lean #Protein I drink #greentea daily. I have a small meal at the end of the day. Stay away from starchy food after 5 p.m. I am obsessed with #herbaltea and I DO NOT EAT PROCESSED FOOD. I will be 43 years old this summer. And I have never felt better. I follow my own #DivaDetoxProgram #90daydetox religiously. My ladies do also. They feel amazing too.
