Yes, skim milk is fat-free and lower in calories than whole, but whole milk has gotten a bad rap. The fat count isn’t through the roof, and our bodies need fat to function. Additionally, whole milk will keep you fuller longer, and frankly, it tastes better.
Settling for skim may set you up for overcompensating later. As long as your overall diet is balanced, go for the real thing and give your body what it craves.
