While the sneezes and sniffles may make you crave a good cuddle up in bed, it’s not going to make you sicker if you stick to your workout. As long as you’re fever-free, a low-level workout is fine. In fact, it may work in your favor, getting you back to your old self faster. If your cold symptoms are the usual – runny nose and the whole nine yards – go on and exercise. Just bring along some tissues!
