Fat Burning – High Protein Salad Recipe

Total Time: 13 min Yield: 3-4 servings
2 Grilled Organic Chicken Breasts (baked and sliced)
2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts
1/2 cup of Arugula
1 Seedless (European) Cucumber
2 medium sized plum tomatoes (choose the type you like)
1/2 small red onion, chopped/diced
1 organic peeled or shredded carrot
1/4 cup of EVOO
3 TBS of red wine vinegar or 1 TBS of Balsamic Vinegar
Course Salt and Black Pepper
Wash, rinse and lightly pat dry your salad greens, put them in a salad bowl. Top with tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and carrots. Combine oil and vinegar and spices into a shaker bottle, place lid on and shake. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. Top with sliced chicken or other protein you like.
